Our Beef is grass fed and grain finished, then aged 10-14 days prior to being USDA inspected and professionally processed. Available inventory is sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
Half of a beef will yield roughly 150-200 lbs of meat and a 45-week supply of meals. The price listed includes product, packaging, processing & delivery fees. Steaks come 2 per package and are 1.25" thick, standard cuts & number of packages are listed below:
